The rather mild weather this fall has worked to our advantage so far. Immediately after closing on the 21st we were able to get the Pike crew to the upper mountain and complete a section of paving that we've been hoping to accomplish for many years. The section from the Hairpin Turn down through Six Mile Park has now been sealed up. This leaves us with around a mile of gravel road left on the 7.6 mile Road to the Sky.

No, not plowed in winter. But by mid-December we hope to have our SnowCoach trips operating.

Always a tough question. Maybe 25% based on the last few years. Or we could get a foot on Sunday night and be able to open - hard to tell.
The ski and bike tunnel under Route 16 is 185 feet long.
