Skiing the Corkscrew

(More blog entries from ryan)

Another movie!

I had another request for a movie, and not wanting to disappoint my adoring fans...here you go:

As you can see I didn't bring Susan with me this time...well...because I didn't want to look slow.

That being said, I'm definitely getting a little more comfortable with the whole ski down a hill without poles while looking at a camera screen, even though it doesn't really show. I think for my next video I'll play it a 4x speed.

Ryan - You rock! I'm a NH'erite living in Tampa (FLORIDA!) and I look every day at all the main NH XC ski sites (and the conditions - like that's really going to help me down here) and totally look forward to your movies. Can you take some of skiers skiing and activity at GG ... I won't be up till early Feb and this early season snow has been torturing me for a month now!

Richard - Sorry to hear about your exile to Flahiduh. I'll be working on more movies all winter, but as you saw before...people tend to ski away from me!

I LOVE those videos Ryan !!! Thanks for doing them. I can tell you ski really fast and very smooth. This time Susan couldn't keep up with you, right? She must have been way behind. I wonder what the clip would have looked like if you kept the camera on while climbing UP Thumper. As for the guy living in Florida; he would fit right in with us skiing today!!!

The camera adds 10 miles per hour...and pounds.
