"For what it is, it's GREAT!"

It's 4:23, and I just came in from skiing. Literally. I'm still wearing my ski clothes. (I haven't stretched yet...I don't recommend that.) Once again, it's really fun. And, there's more snow than I thought there would be. We're in great shape for the race tomorrow.

A woman was out there skiing while I was, and she was having a great time. She summed it up best: "For what it is, it's GREAT!" Then she skied away with a big smile. Winter is dealing us a tough blow right now, but if you have the right attitude even a .5km loop can be great. And you know what? It is.

For all you racer types out there, we hope to see you tomorrow for the sprint race. It should be a great time.
