A look at what it takes to open the Mt. Washington Auto Road.

Since many of you visit the blog here at Great Glen Trails, we thought you like to also know what is going on with the Mt. Washington Auto Road.

It takes a great deal of work to get the Road open, and we wanted to share the process with you. We'll be updating the progress from the base to the summit most days and providing you with insight on exactly what it takes to open America's oldest manmade tourist attraction.
