Great Glen Craft Fair, Saturday 11/28

(More news)

Pinkham Notch, NH—On Saturday, November 28, Great Glen Trails will host its annual craft fair from 9:00 – 3:00pm. The Great Glen Craft Fair will feature more than 30 crafters, live demonstrations and a raffle and bake sale to benefit the Great Glen Bill Koch Club.

Set during the biggest holiday shopping weekend, the Great Glen Craft Fair will feature 33 diverse crafters all displaying and selling their handmade wares. Crafts on display will include photography, jewelry, wood turned items, fused glass, original handmade bags, knitted items, original artwork, soap, wreaths and more. Live demonstrations of wood turning and spinning will take place throughout the day.

Each year, the Great Glen Craft Fair is also the primary fundraiser for the Great Glen Bill Koch Club, which is a children’s ski program at Great Glen Trails. Raffle tickets will be available for $1 each for the chance to win donated crafts and other items. All proceeds from the bake sale also benefit the club. Designed for ages 6-13, the Great Glen Bill Koch Club meets weekly to improve the health and fitness of children through cross country ski instruction, games and races. Run by volunteers and parents, Bill Koch Youth Ski Clubs meet throughout the country, but the Great Glen Bill Koch Club is unique in that professional instruction is provided.

Admission to the Great Glen Craft Fair is free. The Glen View Café at Great Glen Trails will be open for lunch.
