John Cougar Mellencamp in a blizzard?

March Madness, as in the NCAA basketball tournament, is in full swing. I've seen so many Chevy ads, I'm singing that John Cougar Mellencamp song in my sleep.

"Let the voice of freedom right out through this land. This is oooouuurrrr country."

*guh*

The real March Madness is this storm, though. New England is getting a crazy dose of snow, sleet, rain, wind...all sorts of fun stuff. I said "Hi" to my neighbor as we were shoveling out our cars. She looked at me sideways and said, "You just love this stuff, don't you?"

"Yeah, it's not so bad."

For a lot of people, this March storm is leading to madness. Not me. It's beefing up the snowpack and making for more skiing. More skiing is always a good thing.

You know what is driving me mad?

"This is oooouuuurrrrr country."
