Better than the Couch.
It's always better than sitting on the couch.
D and I went for a short hike on Sunday. And, you know what? It's always better than sitting on the couch. Any time we get out for a hike or run or ski, we always feel better than we would just sitting around. Sure, it takes a little bit of motivation to get going, but it's always worth it. It's especially hard to motivate in this shoulder season as we wait for the trails to open up. Hopefully, soon. But, until then, we'll be getting out any way we can.- Ryan @ Great Glen Trails
