Fall Fitness Program-Nordic Walking

Nordic Walking is a low impact, whole body activity that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases calorie burn over walking, excercises upper body muscles as well as the legs for strength and endurance. Led by Sue Wemyss. Utilizing the beautiful smooth-packed trails of Great Glen in the Shadow of the presidential mountains. NOTE October 26th will be from 4:00-5:30 PM. Poles provided. Sessions start promptly at scheduled time. Please arrive 15 early to register.
