In conjunction with the Appalachian Mountain Club, Great Glen Trails offers you the chance to really get to know Pinkham Notch. When you ski with a naturalist, you will learn about the flora and fauna that make our corner of the world so special. You’ll scout for tracks in the snow. You’ll learn about the different trees in the Glen. You’ll listen for distinct bird calls. You’ll truly begin understand how the ecosystem works in Pinkham Notch.
Every Sunday* at 10:30am starting January 8, 2012, meet a naturalist from the Appalachian Mountain Club for a true insider look at Great Glen Trails. Tours are free with trail pass.
*Ski with a Naturalist will not be held on Sunday, March 4th, 2012 due to the TD Bank Bill Koch League Festival.
